Returning Items Purchased at a Retail Location
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, return it within 48 hours of purchase for a complete refund of the merchandise price.
- New merchandise may be returned within 48 hours of purchase.
- Merchandise must be unopened, undamaged and in original package.
- There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned new merchandise.
- All returns must have original receipt.
- Used and consigned merchandise may not be returned for any reason.
- No refunds or exchanges on special orders.
Shipping Damage
Please do not accept any shipment if the packaging appears damaged. Please check your order after receiving it to be sure it is in proper working order.
Returning Items Purchased Online
All purchases from hilljemusiccenter.com must be returned to hilljemusiccenter.com
- If you need to return an item, the product(s) must be in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it.
- All exchanges must be pre-paid and returned in original packing, complete with blank warranty cards, owner’s manual and no sign of wear or abuse. If the product is not in the same condition as it was when originally shipped, a 20% restocking fee or repair charge will be assessed.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please email returns@hilljemusiccenter.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number and instructions before sending any items.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged after 48 hours. No returns past 45 days.
- Sheet music, books, strings, computer hardware/software, drum heads, harmonicas, mouthpieces, microphones, or special orders are not covered by this return policy.
